The address

You can write to info@minig.app. It is the same address given in the Privacy and Cookie Policy and in the Terms of Service.

What to write

Depending on the reason, it helps a lot if you include this information:

• Report of a technical problem: which game you were playing, which device and browser you used, what happened and what you expected. If you can, add the room code and the approximate time.
• Report of a disruptive player: the room code, the player's name and when it happened. There is no «report» button in the app: the host can remove a participant from the room, and for the rest you can write to us.
• Suggestion: an idea for a game, a setting, a correction to a text or a translation. Even small details are useful.
• Request about your personal data: state clearly which right it concerns and which data it refers to. The rights and procedures are described in the Privacy page.

Response times

Mini G is a project run by a few people: we read the messages, but we cannot promise a specific response time.

Before you write

Many answers are already in the FAQ and in the game rules: it is worth checking there, especially for questions about rooms, hosts, reconnecting and scores.
