Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 October 2026

These terms govern the use of the website https://minig.app ("Mini G"). By using the site you confirm that you have read and accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Who we are and contact

The site is run by Filippo Bagatin, Verona, Italy.
For any question or report: info@minig.app.

2. What Mini G is

Mini G is a collection of online minigames to play with friends. You use it without creating an account: you only choose a name. You can create a room and be its host, join a room with a code or from the list of public rooms, watch a match that has already started as a spectator, or play alone where the game allows it.

The host of a room runs the match (for example, they choose the game and the settings and can remove a participant from the room). The host is another player, not a collaborator of the site operator.

3. Age

Mini G is not directed at children under 14. Anyone under 18 should use the site under the supervision of an adult. For children's data see the Privacy and Cookie Policy.

4. Rules of conduct

When you use Mini G you agree not to write, draw or send (for example as a name, chat message, answer, description, drawing or vote) content that is:

You also may not:

5. Your content

The names, messages, drawings and other content you enter remain your responsibility. We acquire no rights over them. You only give us permission to use them as far as is technically needed for the game: keeping them in the server's memory and showing them to the other participants of the room while the room is open (the room code and some technical usage data, but not this content, are instead saved for statistics: see the Privacy and Cookie Policy).

The name you use in a game played on the Frenzy difficulty (Aim Arena, Color Match, Flash Memory) is saved together with the score. The name and score of the top 5 scores of each game and period (even several with the same name) are visible to anyone on the "Leaderboards" screen: choose a name that is suitable to be shown in public. A minimal automatic filter may replace names containing offensive terms with "Anonymous player", but it does not promise to stop them all. For how long data is kept and how to ask for its removal, see the Privacy and Cookie Policy.

6. Moderation

If you break these rules we may step in. The site has these tools:

The operator may also, when needed, remove a saved score or limit or suspend access to the service. For names shown on the leaderboards only the minimal automatic filter described above works (it does not apply to names in a room or to chat) and the app has no "report" button: reports are made by email. We do not check in advance what users write or draw, and we cannot promise to notice all misbehaviour.

To report content, a name or behaviour, write to info@minig.app and, if you can, include the room code, the name used and when it happened.

7. Availability of the service

Mini G is free and provided "as is". It may change over time, have interruptions or errors, or be suspended or closed at any time. Rooms, matches, statistics and leaderboards may be reset or deleted, for example during maintenance or a server restart.

8. Third-party services (Google)

The site loads the Google AdSense script, which lets Google verify the site; no ad is shown at present. For the cookies, consent (which you can change from the "Cookie settings" link in the home page footer) and data processed by Google see the Privacy and Cookie Policy.

9. Intellectual property

The code, graphics, texts and the name "Mini G" belong to their respective owners and you may not copy or reuse them without permission, except as allowed by law. Some third-party content used on the site (for example word lists, fonts and libraries) is subject to the licences of their authors; credits are given in the project's attribution files.

10. Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee that the site will work without interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the site, or for content written by other users. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or the rights that the law gives to consumers and that cannot be excluded.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms, for example when the site's features change. The version in force is always the one at this address, with the last-updated date at the top; for significant changes we will say so on the site. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory rights that the law of your country of residence gives to consumers.
